Audio + B-Roll

For this project, our goal was to add B-roll and musical elements to the Shooting Live Video & Audio assignment we completed earlier in the semester. We had to shoot our own B-roll footage. Musical elements must be created with “Audio Tool”. I really enjoyed the process of taking the b-roll, I think most of my shots turned out relatively well, I do wish I was able to get a better one of the birds for the ending, but by the time I was able to set up a better shot, they were gone. In my first shot shown, I did attempt a moving shot that we were taught by slowly switching my weight from back to forward, I think I was somewhat successful but there is some shaky moments. The music/audio creation I also found fun, I love listening to music so trying to create something that matched the vibe of the poem was challenging but enjoyable, because once I figured out the software It came easily. I do think adding some other elements to the sound would have pushed it to be a bit better, maybe more drums or another instrument
